CSS600 is a device for monitoring and replacing a main MPX/RDS signal with a replacement MPX/RDS signal on two independent channels.
This web interface allows you to select the main or backup MPX/RDS channel, and to view the presence and quality of the MPX and RDS signal on the main and backup inputs for both channels 1 and 2.
The interface is accessible via a user name and password.
Switching from the Main channel to the Backup signal is configurable and programmable according to various criteria, on MPX presence of L and R and 19KHz and on RDS presence of 57KHz.
The non-return to main function is programmable if in case of a main signal failure you do not want to automatically return to the main signal after the failure has been cleared.
CSS600 also includes an SNMP agent for the supervision and management of the equipment. This agent allows the selection and display, via proprietary OIDs, of the Main or Backup input MPX/RDS channel.
It allows the generation of a two-way alert trap in "V2C" or "V2C Inform" format for each switch, and to check the presence and quality of the MPX/RDS signal on the Main and Backup inputs of both channels 1 and 2.
